    Sync Media SMS Alerts is a messaging program that sends appointment reminders, special offers, and marketing promotions related to small businesses. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Sync Media LLC at the phone number you provided.

    What to Expect

    When you sign up for special offers or services with Sync Media LLC, you may receive SMS messages regarding the offers you signed up for and future marketing communications via SMS and email.

    Example messages you may receive include:

    "Hi [Name], thank you for signing up for [Offer]. What works better for you - morning or afternoon appointments?"

    How to Opt-Out

    You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP", "OUT", or "UNSUB" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

    To rejoin, sign up as you did initially or send "START", and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

    Message frequency:

    • After initial sign-up: You will receive messages daily for 4 days
    • Marketing messages: Once a month for monthly specials
    • Appointment reminders: 2-3 messages as needed
